Rajasthan Camel Safari Tour - 8 Days

Overview

Explore the remote villages of Thar Desert by Camel. The oldest way of trading, in the 16th century camel caravans crossed the mountains to the North along well trodden paths, laden with precious jewels and spices. Today’s Camel Safaris attempt to recreate something of that spirit of adventure to see the typical Rajasthani villages.

Trek through the old camel caravan routes, traversing a starkly beautiful wilderness of dunes, rock shelves, awesome fortress and palaces including a camel safari in the sand dunes, undulating landscape of the great Thar Desert and visiting the Taj Mahal in Agra which is the gem of Indian architecture at the end of the trip.
